Project pricing varies depending on scope, complexity, and timeline.

Typical pricing ranges:

* Creative Consulting: $75–$300 per hour

* Branding Projects: $1,500–$10,000+

* Website Design Projects: $2,500–$15,000+

* Custom Design Services: Quoted per project

Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any payment is collected.

Artwork prices are displayed on the individual product page. The listed retail price includes fine-art production, personal inspection, protective packaging, applicable taxes collected by LabMercury, and standard tracked delivery. No additional shipping or handling charges are added at checkout.

International customs duties, import taxes, or local processing fees imposed by the destination country are not included unless specifically stated at checkout.

LabMercury is an independent, artist-led studio. Each artwork is produced by a specialist fine-art print partner before being received, personally inspected, editioned where applicable, and carefully repackaged by LabMercury.

This considered process may take a little longer than mass-produced poster fulfillment, but it allows the quality and integrity of every piece to be checked before it leaves the studio.

Production and estimated delivery times will be provided on the product page or in the order confirmation. Once the artwork has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information by email.

If an order cannot be shipped within the estimated timeframe, LabMercury will provide an updated estimate and the option to continue with the order or cancel it for a full refund.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. LabMercury cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

All artwork is sent using protective packaging and tracked delivery. If a print is lost or arrives damaged, it will be handled under the Refund Policy & Guarantee below.

CREATIVE SERVICES

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all payments made to LabMercury are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled before work begins, refunds may be issued at our discretion, less any administrative or processing fees. If a client is unsatisfied, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns and complete agreed-upon revisions as outlined in the project agreement.

ARTWORK RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Artwork may be returned or exchanged by contacting LabMercury within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Returned artwork must be received in its original condition and include all accompanying materials, including the Certificate of Authenticity and original protective packaging. Artwork that has been altered, mounted, framed after purchase, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs for preference-based returns or exchanges. A tracked and insured delivery service is strongly recommended. Original delivery charges will not be deducted from the refund. Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to artwork and edition availability.

THE LABMERCURY GUARANTEE

Every artwork is personally inspected before shipment. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact LabMercury within seven calendar days of delivery and include clear photographs of the artwork and its packaging. LabMercury will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, including when a limited edition has sold out, a full refund will be issued. If tracking confirms that an artwork has been lost in transit, LabMercury will work with the delivery carrier and provide either a replacement or full refund.

Minor variations in paper texture, print finish, or color appearance between a physical artwork and a digital screen are natural and are not considered defects.

CREATIVE SERVICES

Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice.

If cancellation occurs after work has started:

* Clients are responsible for payment for all completed work and time incurred up to the cancellation date.

* Any remaining unpaid balance for completed work will be due immediately.

LabMercury reserves the right to cancel a project at any time due to non-payment, lack of communication, or breach of agreement.

ARTWORK ORDERS

Artwork orders may be canceled for a full refund before production begins. Because artwork may be produced specifically for an order, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has started. After delivery, the order may still qualify for return or exchange under the Refund Policy & Guarantee.

By purchasing services from LabMercury, you agree to the following:

CREATIVE SERVICES

1. Services begin only after payment and written project approval.

2. Project timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness and project scope.

3. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and timely feedback.

4. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed.

5. LabMercury retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. All intellectual property transfers to the client only upon full payment, unless otherwise stated.

7. LabMercury is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of delivered work.

ARTWORK PURCHASES

1. Product descriptions, sizes, materials, edition details, and availability are provided on the individual artwork page.

2. Colors may appear slightly different across screens and devices. These variations do not indicate a defect in the physical artwork.

3. Limited-edition numbers are assigned and recorded by LabMercury. A particular edition number cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing before purchase.

4. Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical print only. All copyrights, reproduction rights, and intellectual-property rights remain with LabMercury and the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

6. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by fine-art production schedules, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside LabMercury’s reasonable control. Customers will be contacted if a material delay occurs.

7. LabMercury reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if an artwork is unavailable, an edition has sold out, a pricing error has occurred, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

8. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
